This two storey, 119 bed low-care facility was constructed using a reinforced concrete frame with a brick veneer and lightweight cladding and metal roof.  New Century Liaised with St. Hilliers whom were responsible for the construction of the works.

During construction, New Century designed and installed an unique set of folding doors to suit the requirements of the project.

This project required handrails that not only conform to the industry standards but are elegant in design and more than fufill there requirements.


Protecting the timber frame from the elements, the cladding installed not only is functional but adds tothe beauty of the project.


We were responsible for erecting the timber frame of the building. Communication with the frame suppliers & St. Hillers was critical for its successful & speedy erection.
